Session Information

Lily June Photography is an on-location photographer, meaning that I will come to you or any location of your choice in the Houston area.  Outdoor sessions are scheduled around sunrise/sunset for the best possible light.  Sessions are generally pretty laid back and go with the flow.  I enjoy hanging out and getting to know my clients as well as providing them with beautiful images to last a lifetime.

Newborns

Most newborn sessions take place when the baby is about 5 days-2 weeks old.  They take place in the families home, incorporating their nursery, blankets, family, etc.  I like to do a combination of lifestyle type images with the family as well as the more "posed" images of baby.  If desired, I will bring additional props, wraps, blankets and anything else that we discuss in our initial consultation.  If for any reason you would like the session to be held outside the home then arrangements can be made.  

Maternity

Maternity sessions can be scheduled anytime during the pregnancy, but the most popular time frame is typically at 32-35 weeks.  The session may take place at any location in the Houston area and can include additional family members.

Children

Children change so much in their first years of life, it is so important to capture their beautiful faces and personalities on a regular basis.  These sessions often take place at a local park or somewhere that is convenient and easily accessible for the child.  I like to think of these sessions more as an organized playtime rather than just sitting and taking pictures.  I do my best to capture real smiles and the child's full personality.
